Name, address, phone number, email address.

Property & Service Information

Home type, system details, energy usage data, consultation notes, photos of equipment, service history.

Financial Information

When financing is requested: date of birth, employment information, income range, and credit-related information processed through third-party lenders. Renova does not directly store full credit card numbers or banking credentials unless required for recurring billing.

Communications

Call recordings, SMS, email correspondence, CRM interaction history.

Website Data

IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies.

2. Purpose of Collection

We collect and use personal information to:

  • Schedule and conduct consultations
  • Provide quotes and install equipment
  • Process rebate applications
  • Coordinate financing approvals
  • Administer protection plans
  • Provide customer support
