Coverage begins immediately upon enrollment for maintenance and service discounts. For parts coverage claims, there is a 30-day waiting period to ensure your equipment is in good working condition at the time of enrollment.

You can cover furnaces, central air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, water heaters, and boilers. Equipment must be in working condition at the time of enrollment. We'll perform an initial inspection if needed to verify equipment status.

Are there any exclusions or limitations?

Pre-existing conditions discovered during the initial inspection are not covered. Cosmetic damage, ductwork modifications, and damage caused by neglect or improper use are also excluded. Parts coverage has annual limits based on your plan tier. Full terms are provided in your service agreement.
